The bathroom furniture division of RG International Bathroom has been acquired by Roca Sanitario

In 2019, the division generated revenues in excess of US$100 million and an EBITDA of US$8.2 million.
Roca Sanitario is a family-owned Spanish sanitaryware manufacturer founded in 1917.
