Frediani has been acquired by The Florence Group

The Frediani family have sold Frediani S.r.l. to The Florence Group.

Frediani designs, models and sells outerwear for high-end fashion houses in Italy and internationally. Its service include design and prototyping, selection of the garments, and order and quality control of the manufacturing process. Started as a one-man-shop designer studio in Torino in 1992, Frediani now employs 30 people and provides 360-degree procurement services to Celine, Loewe, Acne Studios, Blumarine, Vivienne Westwood, Armani and others.

The Florence Group is a one-stop production platform serving the high-end fashion industry. Over the past two years, it has acquired 12 luxury fashion production companies in Italy. The group is backed by investors with immense experience in the luxury industry.
