Generalfinance S.p.A. has completed an IPO on Euronext STAR Milan to strengthen its competitive positioning in the market of factoring for distressed companies, improve capital ratios and increase their turnover.

Generalfinance engages in the provision of financing solutions through the credit of trade receivables. It offers assessment to the customer portfolio or prospect, credit of trade receivables before they mature, credit administration, management and collection, and non-payment risk.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company Banca Akros acted as the global coordinator, joint bookrunner and sponsor in the IPO of Generalfinance on Euronext STAR Milan, raising a total of US$39 million, the first IPO of 2022 on the STAR segment.
