Fondo Italiano d’Investimento has acquired a minority stake in RINA
The shareholders of RINA S.p.A. have sold a minority stake in the company to Fondo Italiano d’Investimento.
RINA is a multinational and multi-disciplinary group specialized in providing testing, inspection, certification, and engineering solutions to more than 40,000 customers across a wide range of markets, including marine, energy and mobility, real estate and infrastructure, space and defense, and industry 4.0 in more than 70 countries.
With over 600 firms in its portfolio, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento is Italy’s largest institutional investor in private capital.
