I.CO.P. S.p.A. Società Benefit has completed an IPO on Euronext Growth Milan
I.CO.P. S.p.A. has completed an IPO on the Euronext Growth Milan market, raising a total of US$32.36 million, making it among the top 10 ever small- and mid-cap IPOs on the EGM.
I.CO.P. engages in the construction of bridges, viaducts, tunnels and diaphragm walls. The company also provides foundation and underground services, including microtunneling and direct pipe technology. Founded in 1920, it is headquartered in Basiliano, Italy. The funds raised in this IPO will be used to expand into the US market through M&A as well as strengthen and improve its research and development.
Oaklins Italy’s parent company Banca Akros acted as the joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner for I.CO.P. in this IPO.
