Attilio Arietti is the founder and Managing Partner of Oaklins Arietti in Italy. Attilio has extensive experience in negotiations, valuations and deal structuring and has advised a wide variety of international and domestic clients in acquiring or disposing of businesses in Italy and abroad as well as raising debt or equity and establishing strategic alliances or joint ventures. Many of the deals in which Attilio has contributed to are cross-border, often carried out in conjunction with other Oaklins member firms. Prior to founding Oaklins Arietti in 1999, he worked as a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche in New York and Milan. In 1982, he also founded and managed for about 20 years Baker Tilly Consulaudit, presently the 7th largest accounting firm in Italy.
Attilio Arietti is one of the two promoters of Industrial Stars of Italy, one of the first Italian SPACs ( Special Purpose Acquisition Company), listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in May 2013 as well as of Industrial Stars of Italy 2, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in May 2016.
Attilio earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Economics at the University of Turin. He also passed his state examination as a Chartered Accountant, (Dottore Commercialista), in Turin in 1975. He is a member of the Harvard Business School Club in Milan.
