Jean-Bernard is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. He is responsible for advising the team on real estate matters and transactions. He has extensive expertise in real estate advisory, portfolio management, strategic consulting and large transactions across the world in a wide range of sectors over many years.
Before joining the firm in 2021, Jean-Bernard was active for several years in the occupiers advisory & transaction services division of CBRE and in corporate solutions at JLL. He also supported international corporates with efficient real estate solutions around the world. In 2015, he was successively appointed as the global transaction manager for UCB Pharma and the EIMEA transaction manager out of London for Procter & Gamble. Jean-Bernard started his career with Realys – ISG Plc, a global engineering and design UK firm delivering first-class projects worldwide. Based in Shanghai for almost three years, he was in charge of the business development for engineering, consulting and construction management services throughout Asia Pacific. Jean-Bernard has an MBA from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and graduated in both business management from KULeuven and in international trade from EPHEC management school. He is also an operational officer in the Belgian army.
