Kilian Barbier

Associate Director

Kilian is an associate director at Oaklins France. He supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of Optionizr (a leading software company for innovative e-commerce payment solutions) to SoftNext, the minority investment received by Sahar (a leading sovereign OSINT software provider) from Montefiore and the sale of Cleeven (a tech-enabled IT and engineering consulting company) to CNP. 

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2021, Kilian had completed internships as a private equity analyst at Ardian in their growth equity team and at Cathay Capital, a Sino-French private equity fund. He has a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC BS.
