Robbie is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. With over ten years of corporate finance experience, he has worked on a broad range of domestic and international M&A transactions, particularly across the technology, consumer and business services sectors. Recent deals he has advised on include the sales of ShareDo to Clio and sales-i to SugarCRM.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2022, Robbie spent over three years in the London team at FRP Corporate Finance and four years at SRC Corporate Finance, advising on buy-side and sell-side mandates and equity and debt fundraising processes. Robbie has a first-class honors degree in finance.
