Jan Švejda

Analyst

Jan is an analyst at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in the Czech Republic. He originates and executes transactions across mergers and acquisitions, ECM and DCM. Transactions he has been involved in include an ABB for a client in the defense sector, an IPO for an industrials company and an M&A mandate for a precision manufacturing company.

Prior to joining the WOOD & Co. investment banking team, Jan executed transactions in various sectors, such as energy, financial institutions and industrials, worked as an investment analyst at a leading Czech private equity firm and interned in Vienna with the leading investment banking M&A team in CEE. Jan obtained his master’s degree in accounting and financial management from Bocconi University.
