Roberto is a partner at Oaklins Switzerland. He has extensive experience in M&A and corporate finance. For more than 25 years, he has been advising clients in various sectors, particularly in IT, healthcare, energy, business services and industrials. Clients include (family-owned) midsize businesses, such as Avectris/Aveniq, Boss Info, Capsa, Hess Group, Lantal, Neoperl, Offix, Pentapharm, Precipart and Seaking, as well as blue-chip corporates, like Ascom, Holcim, Pfister, Swiss Post, Conergy and Swisscom.

Roberto joined Oaklins Switzerland in 1998. Prior to this, he worked at Ascom and AXA Winterthur Insurance. He has a PhD in Business Administration from the universities of St. Gallen (HSG), Luigi Bocconi in Milan and Cornell University in NY. He also has a master’s in law from the University of Zurich.
