Basile Cuigniez

Associate

Basile is an associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. Most recently, he was involved in the public takeover bid on Global Graphics by IPTE, the accelerated bookbuild of Biocartis and the rights issue of Aedifica.

Basile joined the corporate finance department in 2018. He has a master’s in business engineering from Ghent University and a master’s in management from IE Business School in Madrid. During his studies, he completed an internship in equity research at Value Square, an asset manager in Ghent, Belgium.
