The private shareholders of J4 Fluid Services, Inc., based in the USA, have sold the company to US Shale Solutions, Inc. for US$27 million.
J4 Fluid Services, Inc. is an integrated well-completion fluids oilfield services company with an emphasis on data acquisition and computer-controlled chemical blenders associated with coiled tubing circulating fluids and hydraulic fracturing.
US Shale Solutions Inc. is a full service provider of infrastructure, fluids and completion services with a focus on unconventional resource plays. The company’s primary service offerings are well site construction, wellhead hookups, surface equipment, pipeline and facility construction and maintenance.
