Newlat Food SPA ha acquisito Delverde da Molinos Rio de la Plata
Newlat Food SPA ha acquisito Delverde Industrie Alimentari S.p.A, produttore di pasta di prima qualità 100% italiana, da Molinos Rio de la Plata, un importante gruppo alimentare argentino.
Fondata nel 2004, Newlat Food è uno dei principali produttori italiani di latte e latticini, pasta e prodotti da forno, oltre che nei settori della nutrizione e dei prodotti per bambini. L'azienda ha un fatturato di 358.28 milioni di euro (US$400 milioni ) e un EBITDA di 26,87 milioni di euro (US$30 milioni). Opera sia con noti marchi di proprietà che con marchi di terzi. L'ampia distribuzione permette a Newlat Food di raggiungere i punti vendita in tutta Italia attraverso spedizioni dirette e concessionari, come nel resto del mondo attraverso significative partnership con catene di distribuzione/operatori internazionali.
Il progetto nasce con il team di Oaklins in Italia, il quale è stato l'advisor per il buyer durante l'intero processo fino alla chiusura del deal.
