Constantin Hildebrandt

Constantin Hildebrandt is a Senior Associate at Oaklins Germany. Constantin joined its predecessor firm in 2015. He has several years of experience as a consultant with EY, where he started his career, and with Accuracy, in Luxembourg, Munich and Frankfurt. He advised on numerous transactions across different sectors. Constantin holds a diploma in Business Administration from Saarland University and a Master of Science in Management from NEOMA Business School. Besides the operational deal management on sell-side and buy-side mandates, Constantin specialises in company valuations in preparation or in connection with transactions.
