Samuli Siljamäki

Partner

Samuli is a partner at Oaklins Finland. He has served many years as a senior executive in public and private technology companies, which has contributed to his deep understanding of management, corporate development, M&A transactions and IPOs. Samuli has particular expertise in the technology and real estate sectors as well as B2B and B2C businesses.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Samuli worked in CFO roles in sector-leading Nordic growth companies, such as iLOQ and Siili Solutions, where he was instrumental in IPOs and numerous acquisitions. He also has experience in employee incentive schemes and has an advisory background from KPMG. Samuli has an MSc in Economics from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Vaasa University of Applied Sciences. Samuli also chairs the board of directors of a real estate investment company.
