Jonathan Zucker

Managing Director

Jonathan is a managing director at Intrepid Investment Bankers, Oaklins’ member firm in Los Angeles. He also leads the firm’s capital markets team. He is responsible for advising entrepreneurs and private equity funds on raising institutional debt and equity capital for a variety of uses, such as funding growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations or working capital. During his more than 15-year career in finance, Jonathan has been involved in a wide range of capital transactions, from IPOs to early stage venture financings. He has executed capital raises for companies across a diverse set of industry sectors, including consumer, digital media, technology, business services and industrials. Recent transactions include raising several growth financings for electric mining vehicle pioneer Artisan Vehicle Systems on their path to a strategic exit to Sandvik; completing a dividend recapitalization for American Logistic Company, a leading manager of alternative transportation for school districts and healthcare systems throughout the USA; and the refinancing of Advice Media, an end-to-end digital platform relied upon by thousands of businesses to transform their online presence.

Prior to joining Intrepid, Jonathan served as vice president and head of the Los Angeles office of U.S. Capital Partners, a direct lender and provider of capital raising advisory services to middle-market companies. Previously, he worked at Credit Suisse and FBR & Co. He has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a FINRA-registered general securities principal.
