Associate Director

Reinholds is an associate director at Oaklins Baltics in Riga. He has worked on M&A sell-side, buy-side and capital raising projects in various industries, most notably in the consumer goods, building materials, food production and leisure sectors. His most notable recent transactions are advising Tet, the leading technology and entertainment operator in Latvia, on their acquisition of Telia Latvija; advising Saint-Gobain Eesti on their sale of Glassolutions’ glass processing unit Baltiklaas in Estonia; and the acquisition of Kafe Serviss on behalf of BaltCap-backed Coffee Address Holding.

Prior to joining Oaklins Baltics in 2018, Reinholds worked in banking in Latvia as a financial analyst focusing on corporate loan profitability, asset management and alternative investment opportunities. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
