OUTSOURCING Inc. has acquired a majority stake in Helpnet S.A. for an undisclosed consideration.

Established in 1997, OUTSOURCING is a Japanese multinational company headquartered in Tokyo and engaged in providing manufacturing technologies and management know-how to manufacturers in the areas of electric and electronic equipment, transportation equipment, food, chemical and drugs, metals and others. The company offers outsourcing services for recruitment, labor management and company housing management. In addition, the company provides outsourcing services for engineering, service operations and other business areas.

Headquartered in Chile, Helpnet offers temporary staffing services, search and selection of staff and executives, training activities and engineering and IT services.

Oaklins' team in Japan acted as the exclusive financial advisor to OUTSOURCING Inc.
