Toshiki Iino

Managing Director

Toshiki is a managing director at Oaklins Maxus Corporate Advisory in Japan. He has been providing M&A advisory services throughout his career, with a strong focus on cross-border projects involving Japanese corporates. Specializing as a financial advisor for midsize deals, he has been engaged in a wide range of international projects, including acquisitions by a Japanese company of a foreign target in the industrials, life sciences, utilities and other industries; disposals by a Japanese company of its foreign subsidiary; and acquisitions by a foreign company of a Japanese target.

Toshiki joined Oaklins Maxus Corporate Advisory in 2025 and leads its cross-border M&A practice. Before this, he held key roles at the Development Bank of Japan, Morgan Stanley and Nomura Securities (Tokyo, London). He has a CPA qualification, both from Japan and the USA, and is a certified member analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA).
