Anton Chubakov

Anton is the head of legal affairs at Oaklins LATUM in Russia. He provides legal support for clients, covering all corporate issues and litigation. He is also responsible for legal structuring on all company projects. With more than 12 years’ legal practice in Russian companies in senior positions and over seven years’ working experience in investment and finance, he has unique expertise in corporate and contract law, structuring M&A transactions and defending the rights of minority shareholders. Notable projects he has worked on include the sale of an equity stake in Amulex (legal technology services) and the litigation support for Angioline, a leading Russian producer of coronary stents.

Anton graduated from the Russian Academy of Justice.
