Seihyun Yoo

Managing Partner

Seihyun is a managing partner and co-founder of Oaklins KR&Partners in Korea. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, investment and consulting, with a strong track record of leading complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries.

Prior to founding Oaklins KR&Partners, Seihyun held senior leadership roles at major professional firms, including serving as senior managing director at KUDOS and Heritage Partners. He was also managing director at MVP Capital and a consultant at Bain & Company. In addition, he served as a professor at the Korea Institute of Financial Investment, where he contributed to advancing industry expertise in financial advisory. Seihyun has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Yonsei University.
