Donuts Co., Ltd. has acquired a 50% stake in Polaris Entertainment for US$3.3 million.
Donuts is a Japanese corporation engaged in developing and promoting IT software products, including mobile games, web servicing, and ASP.Net.
Polaris Entertainment, based in South Korea, provides management services to celebrities (actors and singers), develops broadcasting contents (music, movies) and promotes new celebrities.
