Zineb is a partner at Atlas Capital, Oaklins’ member firm in Morocco. With more than 15 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, project finance, and fund and debt raising, she has closed transactions in FMCG, real estate, hospitality, energy & utilities, education, food & beverage and financial services. She has advised blue-chip clients such as Philip Morris International, Diana Holding, TGCC, TAQA Morocco and Saham Education.

Zineb started her career as a financial analyst at Procter & Gamble’s diapers and detergent plant, where she oversaw the study and implementation of investment projects. She then worked as an investment and financing professional at consulting firm Colliers International, where she oversaw the structuring and execution of M&A and investment transactions as well as equity and debt fundraising. Zineb has a master’s in management, with a specialization in international finance and management, from NEOMA Business School – Rouen Campus, France.
