Cecilia Flombaum is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at Microsoft, where she held various leadership roles within the business applications division. Most recently, she served as the global ecosystem lead, overseeing partner strategy, capability development and performance growth. Known for her structured approach and focus on execution, Cecilia played a key role in shaping Microsoft's partner ecosystem and driving global-scale initiatives across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Bart Delusinne has almost 30 years of experience in corporate finance, with around 20 years in advisory and 10 years in corporate M&A. He joined Oaklins KBC Securities in 2004 and today co-heads the Corporate Finance Advisory franchise. He also leads the TMT team within Oaklins KBC Securities. Bart has extensive transaction experience across a wide range of sectors, including FIG, Energy, Industrials, Consumer and TMT, and across geographies such as Europe (including CEE and SEE), the US, India and China. Recent TMT deals Bart advised on include the sale of Cipal Schaubroeck to TSS, the sale of Payconiq to EPI, the sale of iDalko to Avisi, the sale of Engie’s dark fiber network to euNetworks, the sale of ESC to Capital A Partners, the acquisition of Zenitel by 3D Investors, the sale of Pridiktiv to Corilus/Gilde and the sale of Mobile Vikings to Proximus.
Frederik van der Schoot has more than 17 years’ experience in corporate finance, notable Microsoft-related transactions in the Benelux include advising HSO on its investment by The Carlyle Group, QS Solutions on its investment by Capital A Investment Partners, GAC Business Solutions on its the sale to The Digital Neighborhood, ESC on its investment by Capital A Investment Partners and the sale of OGD to Building Beyond Technology Group (BBTG).
Jan P. Hatje (moderator) has extensive experience in TMT and provides market reports and analysis on M&A within the TMT market. He has a deep understanding of the fundamental strategic drivers behind M&A activity and valuations in the sector, and has closed several deals a year in the IT services and software segments. He also concentrates on e-commerce companies with a strong technical background and has advised businesses that offer combined hardware and software solutions. Key transactions he has advised on include the sale of Garz & Fricke to the private equity investor Afinum, the sale of Höft & Wessel to Droege, and the sale of Acutronic to Vyaire, backed by Apax.
