WEBINAR SERIES

Smart planning, smooth exit

Oaklins invites you to two webinars with insights into the importance of exit planning for business owners seeking to maximize the value of their company.

Among the many considerations business owners must take into account when selling their company, being ready is key. While the “perfect moment” rarely exists in reality, there is one of the most important. Deciding your objectives for the sale and what part you want to play in the next stage of the firm are two essential elements in the process of realizing the best future for your business. Each company is on its own journey — with this webinar, we will guide you through the steps towards successful exit planning for yours. PETER GRAY, PARTNER, OAKLINS CAVENDISH

1. Getting started: timing considerations and choosing the right exit route

During the first webinar, you will gain an understanding of what effective exit planning entails, when preparations should ideally begin and the common misconceptions that often arise in the early stages of the process. The discussion will also address key considerations around the optimal timing to sell a business, the reasons why companies are not always sold at the most favourable moment and the range of available exit options.
