We are very proud to announce that Rosario Capital, an Oaklins member firm, has served as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of iCast Ltd, the leading audiobooks provider in Israel in its sale to Storytel, one of the world’s leading audiobook and e-book streaming services.
The acquisition lays the foundations for Storytel’s launch in Israel in the first quarter of 2021.
