TMT WEBINAR SERIES

AI, Value and M&A in Media

Most discussions about AI and media tend to stay broad, focusing on how “AI is changing everything.” This webinar narrows the focus to what truly matters: how AI is currently impacting M&A activities and the valuation of media assets. Grant Thornton and Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips have assembled a panel of industry experts—including media company leaders, AI experts, dealmakers and analysts—who have experienced multiple disruptions and are now actively engaged in the AI transition. This isn’t just speculation; it’s a look at how these professionals see AI impacting the value of media assets.

This webinar will explore emerging value trends, identify current buyers and their price points, and the new questions companies will need to address during diligence . It will feature specific deal examples, honest insights, and a Q&A session—tailored for CFOs, corporate development leaders, investors, and media operators seeking a clearer understanding of the deal landscape before their next transaction or planning cycle. Participants will leave with a clearer perspective on where value is headed next.
