Mark joins Oaklins Smith & Williamson as a Director in the corporate finance team. Mark has spent his career to date providing corporate finance advice to UK and global businesses across a range of sectors including private and family-owned enterprises.

Over the last 15 years, Mark has provided advice to companies in the Aerospace & Defence, energy, automotive, industrials, and technology sectors. Mark previously worked for Jefferies International as part of their energy team and more recently at a European based boutique focussed on Industrials.
Mark has advised on a number of deals recently including the sale of Sigma Aerospace Components to Silverfleet Capital, Drehtainer GmbH on its sale to private investor and eCube Solutions on its sale to Baird Capital.
