Energix Renewable Energies Ltd. (Energix) has completed a fundraising.
Founded in 2009, Energix is a public company traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 2011. It is an alternative energy company that builds and operates small photovoltaic facilities and invests in wind energy projects.
Oaklins’ team in Israel acted as a member of the underwriters’ consortium in an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, issuing stocks worth of US$43 million.
