The private shareholders of ELKA Rainwear A/S have sold the company to Halberg Kapital A/S for an undisclosed consideration.

ELKA Rainwear is a leading Danish specialist in protective clothing for the industry, e.g. offshore, cleaning, professional fishery etc. ELKA's extensive product range includes several new launches such as Dry Zone, D-Lux, EDGE and other products. The company develops, manufactures and markets products of the highest quality.

Halbjerg Kapital is a Danish investment company with emphasis on SMEs.

Oaklins' team in Denmark acted as strategic and financial advisor to the seller in the conduction of an international sales process.
