Anne Visser

Associate

Anne is an associate in the debt advisory team at Oaklins Netherlands. She supports private and corporate clients throughout the financing process, including financial modeling, structuring debt solutions and preparing lender materials. She has been involved in a range of acquisition financings and corporate lending transactions across different sectors. Notable transactions include acquisition financing for Gimv’s acquisition of Novicare and OLB-backed acquisition financing for Smile Invest’s acquisition of RB+ Groep.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Anne completed internships at Oaklins Netherlands and Clearwater. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and business economics from the University of Amsterdam and a master’s degree in financial economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
