Stephen is a senior advisor at Henslow, Oaklins’ member firm in Australia. He has 30 years’ experience in providing independent corporate advisory services, including advice on takeovers, M&A, capital raisings and initial public offerings to Australian and international clients acting for listed, large family and cooperative/mutual organizations. Transactions he has advised on include the joint venture of Northern Milling and Bundaberg Sugar, the sale of Talent 2 to Morgan & Banks Investments and Allegis Group, and MSF Sugar’s acquisition of Mulgrave.

Stephen was formerly an independent director of ANZ Wealth Group, a subsidiary of ANZ Bank, former chairman of Blackmores and former deputy chairman of Perpetual. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the University of New South Wales and the University of Adelaide.
