RC Fornax plc has completed its AIM admission and fundraising. As a UK-based, veteran-founded engineering consultancy providing critical solutions to the defense sector, RC Fornax’s successful AIM admission and US$7.7 million (£6.15 million) fundraising represent a significant milestone in its growth.
RC Fornax is a veteran-founded consultancy based in the UK, dedicated to enhancing the operational capabilities of the UK Ministry of Defense (MOD) and its partners. Established in 2020, the company specializes in delivering bespoke, outcome-driven solutions across critical military platforms, including fighter jets, naval ships, drones and military vehicles. Their expertise supports mission-critical programs with precision, speed and reliability, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives across land, sea and air domains. Incorporated in England and Wales, RC Fornax primarily operates within the UK.
