Philippe Hermant

Philippe is a Senior Advisor at Oaklins France and leads Oaklins' alcoholic beverages team. With over 30 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience, he has completed around 100 merger and acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining Oaklins France in 2013, he was a Partner at Transcapital, an M&A boutique specialized in the food & beverage industry. Before that, he spent most of his career at BNP Group, first in Banexi and after the BNP-Paribas merger in 2000 as MD in the food & beverage mergers & acquisitions department at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance. Philippe has a JD in Business Law and is a CESB graduate.
