Juraj Janos

Juraj is a Partner at Oaklins Switzerland with over 12 years' experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A as well as in business valuations and owner strategies for both listed companies and entrepreneurs. He has collaborated on a number of cross-border transactions in various sectors. His key areas of expertise are in ICT, technology, transportation and aerospace. Blue chip clients he has advised include Bertschi AG, HUPAC SA, Rolic Technologies AG and Avectris AG.

Juraj joined the firm in 2007 after graduating. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Business Law from the University of Bern.
