Éric Félix-Faure

Eric is a Managing Partner at Oaklins France, the leading private placement, M&A, LBO and ECM advisor in the country. Eric has particular expertise in TMT and business support services.

Prior to co-founding Oaklins France in 2004, Eric had advised innovative SMEs in their equity financing (Chausson Finance and Felix Faure Finance). Before this, he held various operational functions (media, internet and financial) within the Vivendi Group. Eric began his career as an auditor at Mazars. He is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and Ecole Centrale Paris.
