Thibaut de Monclin

Thibaut is a co-founder and the CEO of Oaklins France, the leading private placement, M&A, LBO and ECM advisor in the country.

Prior to co-founding Oaklins France in 2004, Thibaut worked at Chausson Finance as a Partner. In 1997, Thibaut founded Surgery Online. Before that, he was the Director of online services for Liris Interactive, part of the Havas Group, where he oversaw the launch of Cadreonline. Previous to that, he served as the General Manager of Matra Hachette Multimedia, where he successfully managed several external growth operations. With Axime, he participated in developing their business as the Commercial and Marketing Director of the multimedia division. His professional experience took him to the USA for two years, where he was General Manager of Teletex Inc. and then President of Questel Inc. He began his career with McDonnell Douglas as a commercial engineer in the telecoms division.
