Jonathan Buxton

Jonathan is a Partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins' member firms in the UK. With over 25 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions, he leads Oaklins' consumer & retail team as well as the consumer team at Oaklins Cavendish, which focuses on branded businesses in the retail, consumer goods, food, leisure and luxury sectors. High profile sell-side deals he has advised on include Robert Dyas, Boardman Bikes, Raleigh Cycle, Smythson and Liberty.

An Oxford graduate and Chartered Accountant, Jonathan was previously employed at PwC and the M&A departments of Hambros Bank and Soc Gen, having started his industry career in brands and marketing. Jonathan has particular expertise in advising main market and AIM-listed companies.
