Martijn de Win

Martijn is a Senior Associate at Oaklins Netherlands and focuses on M&A in the telecommunications, media & technology (TMT) sector. Notable deals he has worked on are the sale of Chrysal to Nordian Capital Partners, the sale of Smartwares Home Improvement to Atlantic Capital and ING Corporate Investments, the sale of Olij Rozen to Dümmen Orange, the sale of QNH to Egeria, the sale of Trust to Egeria and the sale of Simadan to Parcom. Management advice experience includes assisting the management of Hunkemöller on its sale to the Carlyle Group.

Martijn joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2014 after completing an internship. He studied Business Economics, with a specialization in financial economics, at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
