Marie-Astrid Bourquin

Marie-Astrid is a Senior Associate at Oaklins France. Recent transactions she has been involved in are the sale of Disatech to Akzo Nobel, the disposal of Maison Pradier to La Croissanterie and various LBO transactions, such as for Medicharme, Celeste and JVS.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Marie-Astrid worked in the financial departments at Danone and Louis Vuitton before moving on to M&A at the corporate and investment banking subsidiary of Crédit Agricole as a junior analyst. She graduated from Audencia Management School, majoring in finance.
