Jeroen Looman

Jeroen is an Analyst at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of Oaklins’ healthcare and food & beverage teams. Notable M&A transactions he has worked on include the sale of Vitreq to Beaver-Visitec International, the sale of Fysicon to Canon Medical Systems Corporation and the sale of Bioclin to Trimb Healthcare. Jeroen also worked on the US$55.4 million initial public offering (IPO) of Dutch Star Companies ONE in February 2018 on Euronext Amsterdam.

Jeroen joined the firm in 2017 following an internship. He has masters degrees in Business Administration from the VU Amsterdam and Private Law from the University of Amsterdam.
