Jan-Pieter van Doorn

Jan-Pieter is an Associate at Oaklins Netherlands and part of Oaklins' telecommunications, media & technology (TMT) team. He has extensive experience in sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments for family business owners, corporates and private equity. M&A deals he has worked on cover a wide range of processes involving strategic and financial acquirors, including the sale of a majority stake of Unica to Triton, Unica's acquisition of Nsecure from Nedap, and the sales of QNH to Egeria, Geevers Auto Parts to Autodis Group and VAF Instruments to Aalberts.

Jan-Pieter has an MSc in Finance from Tilburg University.
