Jakob is an associate director at Oaklins Sweden. His key area of M&A expertise is in the technology sector, with a particular focus on the SaaS vertical. Notable deals he has advised on include the sale of GroupTalk to Addsecure, the sale of Tidvis to Publix Group, the sale of EQUA Simulation to Glodon Software, the sale of AVA Monitoring to Indutrade and the sale of Syncore Technologies to Etteplan.

Jakob joined the firm in 2019. Prior to this, he worked with business development at Egmont, one of the leading multimedia publishing companies in the Nordics. Previous work experience also comprises internships at Oaklins Sweden and BDO. Jakob has a BSc in Business and Economics, with a specialization in finance and accounting & financial management, from the Stockholm School of Economics.
