Senior Analyst

Richard is a senior analyst in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates within the technology sector. Recent notable M&A transactions he has advised on include the sale of OLM Systems to Civica Group, the sale of DigitalXRAID to Limerston Capital and the sale of EIDO Healthcare to Radar Healthcare.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Richard worked in the capital markets audit team at BDO LLP, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. Richard graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2019 with a first-class degree in finance and accounting.
