Michal Jelinek has sold a minority equity interest in OKIN Business Process Services (OKIN BPS), the leading provider of business process services in Central and Eastern Europe, to Consillium. Financial details have not been disclosed.
OKIN BPS provides comprehensive services in the supply of business processes. In particular, it supports business networks, the development of technical solution proposals and price offers, complex project management and implementation services, the management of third parties, providing technical support and supervision, multilingual customer support and other new services in areas such as cloud and security.
Consillium is a family office set up by Tomas Nemec to preserve and grow the value of his family wealth. Consillium acts as a private wealth management firm that seeks investments with compelling value creation and growth potential. Its vision is to become an active equity partner and an entrepreneurial investor that supports great ideas and management teams.
