Nasko Jordanov

Principal

Nasko is a principal at Oaklins Karoll in Bulgaria. With more than 20 years of investment banking and finance experience in Europe and North America, Nasko has led and executed debt capital markets, equity capital markets and credit structuring transactions worth more than US$30 billion. Nasko currently heads the firm’s M&A advisory business. His sectors of expertise include financial services, food & beverage and agriculture.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Nasko was an investment banker and dealmaker with Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs in London and New York, respectively. He started his investment banking career as an analyst with Morgan Stanley in Florida. Nasko has an MBA from the University of South Florida and a master’s in economics from the UNWE in Sofia.
