Best of the Best engages in the operation of car competitions in retail sites within airports and at shopping centers. Its prizes include motorbikes, watches, luxury gadgets, technology and holidays.

Oaklins Cavendish’s sister firm finnCap, based in the UK, in its role as the company’s long term nominated advisor and broker, assisted the directors of Best of the Best in the successful placing of equity to high-quality institutional investors. During this process, the team initiated and advised on many aspects, including, among others, securing pre-commitments from cornerstone investors, deal structuring, and the pricing and sizing.
