Armelle is a partner at Oaklins France. With 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she has recognized expertise in debt advisory and financial structuring. She has worked on numerous financing arrangements, from private placements to senior loans and WCR financing.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2020, Armelle ran her own business as an independent M&A and capital raising advisor. Before that, she was the head of treasury and financing at Dentressangle Investment Holding Company. Armelle has also held various positions at Société Générale, covering leveraged financing, credit risk analysis and business management. She began her career as an economist advising Crédit Agricole on its credit policy and international development, in particular external growth strategies in emerging markets. Armelle is a certified international investment analyst (CIIA) charterholder and has been teaching at emlyon business school since 2017 for the MSc in Finance Program.
