Charlotte is an associate at Oaklins France. Her primary M&A focus is in the agriculture/agtech, healthy food and consumer healthcare sectors. Notable deals she has advised on include the sale of Vitibot to SAME Deutz-Fahr, the sale of Qilibri to SP2L Group, the sale of Innoxa to Biosynex Group, the sale of Stardea to EA Pharma Group, the sale of Phytogenese Laboratories to Inostrale Group, Natimpact’s acquisition of Base Organic Food and Naturopera’s fundraising from Turenne Group and Ecorobotix Series B to finance its production site.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Charlotte worked as an M&A analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux Switzerland and Neuflize OBC, and as an equity research analyst in the energy sector at Natixis. She has a master’s in finance from TBS Business School.
